Dry Erase Adhesive Vinyl is a 4 mil white PVC film with a clear permanent adhesive backing, finished with a UV-cured dry erase liquid coating. The result is a custom-printed surface you can write on with standard dry erase markers and wipe clean — over and over. Print your team's branding, agenda templates, KPI grids, or game boards directly into the surface so the structure is permanent and only the content changes.

File Setup

• Accepted formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
• Color space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150 DPI for raster images (more than enough for large format)
• Max file upload size: 50MB total (up to 5 files). For larger files, paste a download link (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Drive) in the Notes to Designer field at checkout, or email hbs@heritagebrandservices.com
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips

• Do not submit with Pantones / spot colors — convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available
• Use standard low-odor dry erase markers — avoid permanent markers
• Wipe clean with a soft cloth or microfiber; for stubborn marks use isopropyl alcohol

Installation

Must be applied to a clean, flat, and smooth surface. Wipe down with isopropyl alcohol before install. Avoid textured walls, brick, or porous surfaces.
