Adhesive Vinyl is the workhorse of stick-on signage. We print on a 4 mil permanent adhesive calendar vinyl with a matte UV-cured finish, sized up to 52" × 1,908" (159 ft) per piece. It's indoor and outdoor rated, waterproof, and UV safe — built to hold color and adhesion across season changes, wash-downs, and direct sun.

File Setup

• Build files at full size at 150 DPI (or 1:1 scale at 100 DPI minimum)
• Convert all fonts to outlines / curves
• Embed all linked images
• CMYK color space — set rich black as C:60 M:40 Y:40 K:100
• Save as print-ready PDF, AI, or high-resolution PNG/JPG

Additional Tips

• Apply to clean, dry, smooth surfaces — wipe down with isopropyl alcohol before install
• Avoid textured walls, brick, or porous materials — choose a different substrate for those
• For curved surfaces, vehicles, or compound contours, use 3M Vehicle Wrap Decals instead
• For removable / repositionable applications, use Window Cling
