GatorFoam 3/16" — Reinforced Rigid Display Board

When Foam Board isn't quite enough — reach for GatorFoam. Built from extruded polystyrene foam with reinforced melamine and wood-fiber veneer faces, GatorFoam is the museum-grade rigid panel teams pick when an indoor display has to live on the wall for weeks (or years) without warping, bowing, or denting. UV-printed adhesive vinyl mounted to the face delivers a long-lasting image with crisp edge-to-edge color.

• Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
• Color Space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (plenty for large format)
• Max File Upload Size: 50MB total (up to 5 files). For larger files, paste a download link (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Drive) in the Notes to Designer field at checkout, or email hbs@heritagebrandservices.com
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds
• Double-sided products: upload as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

• Do not submit with Pantones / Spot Colors — convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available
